Women's Fitness. This class includes a warm-up, total body strength exercises set up in stations, balance training, some cardio, pelvic floor exercises and stretching. Proper form, movement patterns and posture will be taught and the program is progressed every week. This class is for women of all ages and fitness levels but is a little more challenging and progresses at a faster pace than the 55+ Women's Fitness.
55+ Women's Fitness. This class is set up very similar to Women's Fitness. However, there is more focus on development of proper movement patterns, improving balance and pelvic floor (deep core) strengthening. It includes a warm-up, total body strength exercises set up in stations, balance, some cardio, pelvic floor work and stretching. This class is geared towards beginners so no exercise experience is necessary.
