With over a decade of experience in the counseling field, Liz is a dedicated and compassionate counselor focused on helping individuals and families heal from the effects of trauma. Specializing in a trauma and attachment-based approach, Liz works closely with clients to support them through life’s most difficult challenges, including depression, PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, suicidal ideation, self-harm, and parent-child stressors, with a particular focus on attachment issues.

Therapeutic Techniques
Liz utilizes a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client. Drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Liz provides a personalized, trauma-informed approach designed to help clients reclaim their sense of control and healing. By creating a non-judgmental and supportive environment, she ensures that clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their emotions, process trauma, and move forward.

Liz holds a Masters of Social worker and a professional membership with Manitoba College of Social Workers.
