Arielle is an RMT and she is passionate about helping people get back to active lifestyles through rehabilitation and remedial exercise. "I love working with clients and not on them," she says. She accomplishes this by educating people about their bodies and setting obtainable goals. Arielle learned the value of athletic therapy through her own active lifestyle. She has competed in numerous events throughout life including her first half marathon by the age of 12 and has been playing rugby since in 10th grade and represent Manitoba three times. Throughout her diverse and comprehensive athletic career, Arielle has contended with injuries from time to time. Fortunately, rehab and remedial exercise has allowed her to continue living an active lifestyle to the fullest.

Dorota believes in a natural approach to healing, in which massage lends a ‘helping hand’ to the body’s own healing processes.
She graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy in 1999, and over the years has complemented her treatment with hot stone massage, myofascial cupping, prenatal massage, reflexology, craniosacral therapy and deprogramming coaching.
She uses her assessment, observation skills and guidance to develop effective treatment plans for her clients and to help them to have a more healthy mind, body, and soul.

Trained in Swedish massage, myofascial release, structural therapy techniques, joint mobilizations, sports massage - pre/post event, trigger point work, scar tissue release, remedial exercises, stretching including PNF/manual and active assisted.
I have learned about many different dysfunctions, the treatments and the techniques to help each client with their individual needs.
In my spare time I enjoy cooking, spending time outdoors, waterslides and traveling. I look forward to continuing my education and learning new modalities such as cupping, Thai massage and lymphatic drainage and to be apart of this amazing team here at Springfield Wellness.
