I would love the opportunity to build a relationship that is focused on creating an understanding of your life's journey and to help you navigate what that looks like for you. I believe that it is not only the therapeutic relationship that creates the comfort in wanting to share your stories but also gaining trust that I am on your side to help you through these difficult times. In my experience, therapy has been a place where hard conversations happen, and out of those hard conversations, sometimes comes relief and/or a new level of understanding.
I can provide therapy to preteens, teens, adults, and elders using treatment approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered, Solution-Focused, Strength-Based, Narrative, and Attachment. I have experience in, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal ideation, trauma, family conflict, and stress.
I will support you through this exciting journey where you are the expert and together we will peel off the layers of your life. I will support you through this with empathy and a judgment-free space that allows you to feel heard and understood.
